What is a light commercial vehicle or sprinter van?
Light Commercial Vehicles (LCV) are most commonly known as sprinter vans, named after the Mercedes-Benz model (but are available from other manufacturers as well). This equipment type is perfect for small, local deliveries that do not require much space. However, they have been used for longer trips or more remote deliveries where other trailers or trucks can’t go. An economical solution for LTL or dedicated freight, sprinter vans are becoming increasingly popular with shippers.
